Scope

These terms govern the use of this website. They are not the contract under which goods are supplied. Supply is governed by the individual contract and specification signed for each deal, which takes precedence over anything written here or shown on this site.

The company

This site is published by SNEKS DON, a company registered in Ukraine and operating from 115 Kosmichna Street, Dnipro, 49100. The company has traded since 2015 and is active in non-specialised wholesale trade, market research, production of prepared feeds for farm animals, production of oils and animal fats, and agency trade in a variety of goods.

Information on this site

Descriptions of our lines of business are published for information. They are not an offer within the meaning of Ukrainian civil law and they do not commit us to supply any particular product, grade, volume or price. Availability changes with the season and the market.

• No price, tolerance or specification becomes binding until it is written into a signed document.
• We correct errors when we find them, without prior notice.

Enquiries and quotations

The enquiry form on this site prepares a message in your own email program. Sending it starts a conversation and creates no obligation on either side. A quotation we issue in reply states its own validity period; outside that period it lapses.

Contracts and delivery

A supply relationship begins when a contract and specification are agreed in writing. Delivery basis is stated in the contract using Incoterms. Quality is assessed against the specification agreed for that consignment. Claims must be raised on the terms and within the periods the contract sets.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and company marks on this site belong to SNEKS DON. Photographs are used under Creative Commons attribution licences or are in the public domain, and remain with their authors under those licences. You may quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not copy the design or present the content as your own.

Governing law
